Production Management Engineer H/F

Dynames Tech is a leading consulting firm specializing in technical assistance, dedicated to deploying top-tier engineers across various sectors. We are currently seeking an Engineer in Production Management and Industrial Flow Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and implement feedback from prior projects
  • Facilitate coordination among planning, logistics, and production teams
  • Design and enhance methods for tracking production
  • Ensure adherence to production schedules on-site
  • Identify and report any production discrepancies to project management
  • Manage layouts for tube cutting in the workshop
  • Monitor leftover tube scraps post-cutting
  • Supervise the containerization of finished goods prior to shipment
  • Account for maintenance and durability requirements of developed equipment
  • Coordinate assembly and testing of equipment
  • Update and maintain production schedules
  • Engage in studies related to production flow
  • Draft regular reports for Production and Methods Managers and project teams
  • Contribute to the resolution of potential HSE and Quality concerns
  • Assist with the reception of equipment at the yard
  • Document project feedback at the conclusion of the mission

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, process, or production engineering
  • Experience in the Oil & Gas industry is advantageous
  • Background in manufacturing environments with a focus on material flow management
  • Proficient in computer applications (MS Office); familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) is a plus
  • Exemplary QHSE standards
  • Strong writing abilities
  • Intermediate proficiency in English
