Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly qualified Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Functional Consultant to join our esteemed consultancy team. This role is essential for driving the success of our D365 consultancy services.
Employment Type: Full Time

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Possession of Microsoft Dynamics certifications
- Over 12 years of pertinent experience in a similar capacity, especially within a consulting environment
- Familiarity with best practices for collaborating with offshore teams
- Proficient in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies
- Understanding of integration tools and technologies
- Familiarity with Power Platform technologies
- Knowledge of automated testing tools such as RSAT
- Comprehensive understanding of the software development lifecycle, including development management, release management, data migrations, cut-over planning, and early live support
- Experience working in Shared Services or nearshore teams
- Proven track record of leading multiple projects from inception to completion in a functional role
- Experience in end-to-end implementation of various projects
- Demonstrated ability to showcase powered assets and support pre-sales activities for large transformational initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 functional capabilities, with relevant certification
- Strong grasp of finance core concepts and processes, including Enterprise Structure, General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Reporting
- Awareness of the latest Microsoft features
- Knowledge of ISVs compatible with F&O
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Exceptional client relationship management abilities

Key Responsibilities
- Champion best practices for Microsoft solutions
- Possess a thorough understanding of Microsoft ERP or CRM functional capabilities
- Stay updated on product roadmaps and upcoming Microsoft ERP or CRM releases
- Lead the delivery of D365 end-to-end implementation projects, including design, configuration, testing, training, cutover, post-go-live support, and reporting, ensuring compliance with the firm's ISMP
- Oversee all aspects of relevant implementation workstreams, ensuring alignment with the firm's ISMP
- Design and configure sector-specific templates to enhance Dynamics functionality, providing clients with unique selling points and reusable assets
- Actively participate in Data Migration strategy and design
- Engage in interfaces and integrations
- Ensure pre-sales engagements are executed with the same rigor as client engagements
- Identify training needs within the team and mentor other members
- Deliver consultancy in accordance with the client's Project Methodology, ensuring successful implementation of software applications
- Strive to exceed customer expectations in terms of business knowledge, skills, and behavior
- Identify and mitigate project risks as necessary
- Communicate progress updates to relevant stakeholders
- Identify practice development activities and assist in their delivery
- Perform additional duties as assigned by Directors
- Ensure timely completion of internal processes and mandatory training
- Adhere to the client's Information Security Policies (ISP and ISMP) at all times
