Oscaro is a pioneering e-commerce company in the automotive industry, offering an exceptional experience to our customers in the world of automotive parts and accessories. We are seeking a talented Data & Business Analyst to join our Revenue & Pricing Management team.
Job DescriptionAs a Data & Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our growth strategy, ensuring the best positioning and pricing optimization to improve our performance in terms of volume and margins. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Pricing & Revenue Management: Define and implement pricing strategies for Oscaro in France, in collaboration with the Offer, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
- Pricing Optimization: Maximize the margins of designated products using pricing, ranking, and strategic promotions.
- Innovation Pricing: Implement new pricing methodologies to maintain competitiveness on the market.
- Project Management: Lead projects and teams to achieve pricing and revenue goals.
- Analysis & Monitoring: Measure and track the impacts of prices and promotions, including benchmarks with competitors on French and international markets.
- Governance & Deployment: Govern the pricing policy of the company and deploy revenue management levers, training and supporting internal partners to stimulate growth.
- Management of Alternants: Form, follow, and develop the skills of alternants.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years in Data and/or Pricing and/or Revenue Management, ideally in the e-commerce or automotive sector.
- Degree in Business, MBA, Engineering, or Statistics.
- Advanced SQL skills (queries, analysis) and programming skills in R, Python, and experience with Google Cloud Platform (Big Query).
- Knowledge of the automotive industry or mechanical engineering, and experience in Big Data, data science, or machine learning.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
