Position Overview

AGRIBEAUCE is seeking a dedicated professional to take on a pivotal role within our network of producers. The successful candidate will focus on two primary areas:

  • Serving as the primary technical advisor for agricultural producers,
  • Overseeing the quality management systems within our organization.

Technical Responsibilities:

The selected individual will remain abreast of the latest agricultural advancements and disseminate pertinent information to provide tailored support to our potato and onion producers.

This role will include personalized assistance aimed at enhancing both technical and economic outcomes based on established performance indicators.

Regular on-site consultations will be conducted to address producers' technical, regulatory, and economic inquiries, alongside offering actionable recommendations for improvement.

Additionally, the candidate will organize educational workshops and forums to facilitate the exchange of best practices and elevate production standards.

They will also keep informed about seed varieties, agricultural inputs, and disease management strategies, utilizing their expertise and professional network.

Quality Management Responsibilities:

The chosen candidate will be responsible for all quality assurance protocols related to our products and operational systems, reporting directly to the company's leadership. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing quality control protocols during product intake and storage,
  • Maintaining comprehensive tracking documentation,
  • Collaborating with regulatory bodies for necessary permits,
  • Developing and enforcing quality policies to comply with legal standards and customer expectations,
  • Participating in client audits and national regulatory commissions,
  • Identifying opportunities for process enhancements,
  • Providing regular performance reports to management,
  • Evaluating and recommending improvements to quality procedures,
  • Ensuring that operational practices adhere to safety and environmental regulations,
  • Conducting certification audits (e.g., Global Gap, GRASP).

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A degree in agronomy or a related field,
  • Experience in the vegetable and potato sectors,
  • A proven track record in a high-demand organization focused on vegetable or potato production,
  • A strong affiliation with the agricultural industry and product innovation,
  • Expertise in quality management processes, regulations, and documentation, or the ability to quickly learn these areas,
  • Proficient IT skills,
  • Fluency in professional English.
