Eramet is seeking a highly skilled Flow Simulation Manager to join its Supply Chain department. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating complex modeling projects and providing technical expertise to ensure the quality of implemented flow simulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of flow simulation models
- Provide technical assistance to users in the use of flow simulation methods and tools
- Lead complex flow modeling and simulation projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
- Develop and maintain a user community to share best practices and ensure consistency of models
- Coordinate the management of the flow simulation study portfolio, tracking progress and ensuring proper documentation
- Conduct ongoing methodological and technological monitoring of flow simulation to ensure Eramet uses the best available solutions
- Participate in operational excellence initiatives across the group's sites, providing Supply Chain expertise and supervising local teams
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in using flow simulation tools such as Arena, Flexsim, Witness, Plants, AnyLogic, and ExtendSim
- Strong knowledge of the SCOR model and proficiency in continuous improvement tools, particularly Lean Six Sigma
- Ability to work independently in a multicultural environment, with intellectual curiosity and strong listening skills
- Natural leadership with the ability to unite teams and drive results
