About the Role
As a Senior Integration Consultant at Amadeus, you will play a critical role in supporting the Hotel IT platform systems integration strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to discover and analyze customers' ecosystems, manage systems integration scope and flows, and provide technical documentation and service delivery management.
Key Responsibilities
- Design the integration of a customer's ecosystem with Amadeus CRS/PMS.
- Drive scoping sessions with customers and partners to understand and analyze business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate with necessary teams to develop an integration solution.
- Ensure the ecosystem is properly understood and captured, with all services mapped, integration workflows designed, and dependencies tracked.
- Align the integration strategy with Amadeus' strategy while meeting customer needs.
- Communicate the solution effectively within the R&D organization.
- Present functional walk-throughs to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of AHP API strategy across customers.
- Participate in strategic decisions.
- Drive quality.
- Design connectivity solutions and architecture.
- Maintain a strong relationship with customers and partners.
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- At least 5 years of experience using APIs – JSON, data models.
- At least 5 years of experience leading projects.
- At least 3 years of project management experience.
- At least 2 years of experience working in a matrix environment.
