About the Position:

The CASA JOB CHATEAU RENAULT team is seeking a QUALITY ASSISTANT (M/F) for one of its clients. Reporting to the Deputy Director in charge of the Quality department, your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring animal welfare at various stages
  • Overseeing the surveillance of the health control plan and the HACCP system
  • Updating the documentation system under the supervision of the quality manager and ensuring all necessary records are maintained.

We are looking for candidates with a Bac +2 to Bac +3 qualification in quality management and/or livestock product enhancement.
