About the Job

We are seeking a qualified agent to join our team at our energy valorization plant in Sarcelles, France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant, which produces electricity and heat from waste incineration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical rounds on the entire site
  • Report any issues to your supervisor
  • Participate in the unloading of by-products from waste combustion and flue gas treatment (ashes, slag)
  • Ensure proper loading of chemical reactants
  • Perform first-level maintenance
  • Operate the conveyor belt

Requirements

  • Hold a technical degree (Bac +2) in a relevant field (thermal energy, waste management)
  • Be available to work in rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and accept weekend and holiday work (rotating schedule)
  • Be adaptable, able to make decisions, and eager to learn in a demanding technical environment

  • Competitive salary (up to €2,300 per month)
  • Annual bonuses (equivalent to a 13th month) subject to attendance
  • Conventional bonuses linked to activity
  • Net allowances for meals, dirt, and transportation
  • Interest bonus: €1,720
