Position Overview:PROPULSE IT is in search of a Network Security Consultant to become part of a dedicated RUN team:
- Lead the RUN team effectively
- Oversee daily RUN operations
- Provide technical administration and support
- Enhance processes for improved efficiency
Technical Environment: LAN Datacenter Networks and Security
Essential Skills:The following technical competencies are essential (listed in order of importance):
- Expertise in Security infrastructure support: Checkpoint, Fortinet, F5
- Proficiency in cloud security solutions (ZScaler, OKTA)
- Support for LAN networks: Cisco Fabric Path/VxLAN
- System knowledge: Redhat Linux 8, Windows 2019
- Familiarity with scripting: Shell, Ansible Network Automation, Terraform
The following functional skills are advantageous (listed in order of importance):
- Technical administration capabilities
- Coordination of RUN activities
- Enhancement of knowledge bases
- Reporting project activities to management
