SOLIHA is a dynamic association that accompanies low-income households to improve their living conditions.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Habitat Counselor.

About the Role

As a Habitat Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Accompanying homeowners in their project to improve their living space or property, mobilizing all possible financial aids.
• Favoring the adaptation of homes to prolong independent living.
• Lutte contre la précarité énergétique par le repérage et le traitement des situations.

Key Responsibilities

• Accueillir et informer des particuliers, propriétaires ou locataires, dans leur demande d'amélioration de l'habitat.

• Instruire les dossier(s) de demande d'aides financières en lien avec le technicien.

• Assurer les relations entre les organismes financeurs et le demandeur à toutes les étapes.

• Suivre un grand nombre de demandeurs à différents stades, du premier contact jusqu'à la mise en paiement des travaux et des aides.

Requirements

• Bac +3 in the field of real estate, property, housing, financial management, gerontology, or sustainable development.

• First experience is desirable.

Desirable Qualities

• Dynamism and willingness to participate in ecological and social issues.

• Strong relational skills: customer service, teamwork, pedagogy, persuasion, listening.

• Autonomous, able to analyze complex situations, take initiatives, and report.

• Curiosity, sense of organization, rigor, reactivity.

• Proficiency in office software and digital tools.

• Knowledge of renovation works, particularly energy-efficient, housing (institutions and financing), real estate law, and/or property law, social actors in gerontology and disability, sustainable development.

Working Conditions

Lyon and travel within the Rhône department.

CDI.

Salary

1700€ brut mensuel.
