SAMSIC Emploi LOURDES is seeking a skilled Telecommunications Specialist to join our team. This is a 3-month temporary position with the possibility of converting to a permanent contract.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to handle incoming calls, respond to client inquiries, and redirect clients to other services as needed. The successful candidate will also be responsible for recording client requests in our database and selling products and/or services over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls and client inquiries
