Job Responsibilities

The OE Hospitality Operations F&B Manager plays a pivotal role in assisting the OE VP Yacht Hospitality in overseeing all activities related to yacht cruise operations and hotel openings. This position is essential for ensuring operational excellence, financial success, and high-quality service for both the land-based team and onboard crew.

Reporting directly to the OE VP Yacht Hospitality, the responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing all facets of hotel operations aboard the fleet, focusing on hospitality and catering services.
  • Collaborating with various departments to guarantee safe and efficient ultra-luxury operations of the sailing yacht vessels.
  • After the ships' delivery, providing recommendations for the development of executives and staff, including on-land personnel and crew, in line with Accor & Orient Express Talent Management guidelines.
  • Acting as a brand representative, working closely with the Orient Express brand team.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with Owners, supervisors, team members, and corporate offices.
  • Partnering with executives and stakeholders to create and implement strategic plans aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensuring guest experiences consistently meet the highest industry standards.
  • Collaborating with the OE team onshore to design a unique, memorable experience that integrates navigation, hotel, F&B, and shore activities.

Detailed Responsibilities

Construction Oversight

  • Provide insights on luxury hospitality industry standards.
  • Review crew allocations to ensure optimal service levels.
