Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Category Manager to join our team at AXA XL. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the provider portfolio in APac Europe, delivering value to AXA XL and end-customers, and contributing to AXA XL profitability and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement category strategies to deliver value to AXA XL and end-customers
  • Contribute to AXA XL profitability and revenue growth through the development of the product offering
  • Oversee the end-to-end procurement process in close cooperation with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts
  • Understand needs definition, identify high-risk suppliers, and manage critical suppliers with the Third Party Risk Management team
  • Drive change via data analysis and stimulate innovation through market intelligence
  • Investigate opportunities to leverage the Group size with Group Procurement and Insurance procurement teams of other AXA local entities in APac Europe

Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge and experience of procurement processes and methodologies, including the relevant supply markets with particular emphasis on Insurance, Claims, Legal, and Non-legal services
  • Good interpersonal skills, including internal influencing, stakeholder management, and persuasiveness in an international environment
  • Team player with the ability to work in a team environment to deliver strategic goals
