Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quality Assurance Lead to join our team at VINCI Energies. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality assurance plans and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure that corrective actions are taken.
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure that quality objectives are met and that any quality issues are addressed promptly.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality procedures and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with quality and safety.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on the latest quality and safety standards.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record of improving quality and safety performance in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems, including ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in English and French.
