Risk Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team at Servier. As a key member of our Industry department, you will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, providing expertise and leadership on risk management, and helping to minimize risks within the Industry.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct annual risk assessments of the Industry, monitoring risk maps and collaborating with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks.
- Work with risk owners to develop and implement risk mitigation plans, ensuring their effective implementation and follow-up.
- Prepare and facilitate quarterly industry risk committees, ensuring the participation of risk sponsors and risk owners.
- Establish and maintain a risk management framework consistent with Group Risk Management guidelines, supporting the Group risk management process and documentation of risks and mitigation actions.
- Develop and monitor Business Continuity Management Systems for the Industry, implementing corporate guidelines and standards, prioritizing business disruption scenarios, and performing Business Impact Analysis and risk assessments.
- Engage with the Industry leadership team to drive a tone from the top in risk management, leveraging communication to maintain a high level of awareness and organizing training and communication initiatives.
- Collaborate with other Group departments on transversal risks, including internal audit, Compliance, Finance, IS, legal, insurance, and others.
- Master's degree with a specialization or certification in Risk Management.
- Current English and French language proficiency.
- At least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in risk management, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Experience in audit and/or internal control, implementation of business continuity plans, and consulting skills.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and supply chain is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, assertiveness, rigor, methodology, listening, team spirit, dynamism, performance, and results orientation.
