Become a key player in ensuring flight safety and enhancing customer satisfaction through a role in the Quality Assurance division at Safran Nacelles Operations.
Our facility is dedicated to the production of composite components for the aerospace industry. The manufacturing process encompasses multiple stages, including the application of carbon and resin fabrics onto molds, the curing of resin, the precise trimming of components, and the integration of composite and metallic parts.
As a Quality Assurance intern, you will engage in a project aimed at addressing recurring porosity issues in our composite components by employing the DMAIC methodology. Your collaboration will span various departments such as Quality, Methods, Production, and Engineering, facilitating the successful execution of the project through on-site evaluations, data analysis utilizing tools like Minitab and advanced analytics, leading DMAIC sessions, and reporting findings to management.
