Marketing Communications Director

Join the Accor Group as a Marketing Communications Manager and be part of a dynamic team that drives the success of Raffles Hotels. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing communications strategies to promote the hotel's brand and services.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain good working relationships with local and international media outlets to secure press coverage and promote the hotel's brand.
- Develop and execute media placements for the hotel through news releases, personal contacts, and other marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales and Marketing to develop and produce sales support materials, including newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials.
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in developing and producing signage, menus, and other F&B collateral materials.
- Coordinate all special events and promotions to ensure maximum publicity and exposure for the hotel.
- Establish PR and Communications programs that support sales and F&B strategies and initiatives.
- Evaluate requests for hotel donations and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure effective partnerships.
- Support the creation and implementation of local, regional, and international advertising campaigns.
- Conduct regular department training to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the employee newsletter and other printed materials published by the Human Resource department.
- Attain awards and accolades for the hotel and F&B through a diligent awards action plan.
- Sound luxury hotel marketing communication knowledge and experience.
- High computer literacy and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
- Diploma or degree in communication science, general management, or hotel management.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues.
- Service-oriented with an eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Multicultural awareness and the ability to work and thrive in a culturally diverse environment.
- Good presentation and influencing skills, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Flexible and able to adapt to change effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a dynamic environment.
- Self-motivated and energetic, with a passion for delivering exceptional results.
