Development and Acquisitions SpecialistWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Development and Acquisitions Specialist to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding Audika's footprint by identifying and acquiring new hearing centers.
Your Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential acquisition targets and growth opportunities.
- Proactively prospect for real estate properties suitable for new hearing center locations, including site visits and negotiations with landlords.
- Develop comprehensive financial models and projections to assess the viability of potential acquisitions and internal development projects.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction processes, including due diligence and contract negotiation.
- Oversee the integration of acquired centers into Audika's existing network, ensuring a seamless transition for staff and patients.
- Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in mergers and acquisitions, real estate development, or similar roles within the healthcare industry.
- Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills with a strong understanding of accounting principles.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.
