Our mission is to support the medical education and skills development of healthcare professionals, optimizing their user experience globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop E-Learning Content:
- Create high-quality multimedia educational content, including images, sounds, animations, videos, and interactive elements, tailored to target audiences.
- Develop engaging training materials, including video production, design, and simple animations; interactive content and eLearning modules.
- Collaborate and Integrate:
- Collaborate with operational functions to understand their needs and assist in developing, implementing, and deploying online training and reporting.
- Integrate content into the structure of eLearning courses and administer training materials.
- Documentation and Collaboration:
- Write reference documents necessary for producing eLearning courses, including scenarios and storyboards.
- Collaborate with other experts on BU and cross-franchise projects, adapt existing content, and align it with e-learning principles.
- Contribute to Team Development:
- Contribute to the team's ongoing development of new concepts and approaches.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English, French language is a plus.

- Mastery of video editing, image editing, and designing tools, audio processing software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
