Groupe Eonnet is seeking a skilled Transport Operations Manager to join our team in the heart of our operations.

About the Role

  • Manage the receipt, search, and processing of transportation orders, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Determine the most effective transportation solutions for our clients, taking into account factors such as route optimization and cost reduction.
  • Plan, assign, and monitor the activities of drivers and transportation equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Oversee the coordination of transportation services, including the management of transportation schedules, routes, and logistics.
  • Ensure the implementation of safety protocols and regulations related to the handling of goods, as well as adherence to social and professional regulations.
  • Monitor and improve the quality of service, preventing disputes and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the tracking and analysis of transportation data, using tools and software to optimize routes and reduce costs.
  • Oversee the maintenance and management of our transportation fleet, including vehicle inspections and maintenance.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Hold a degree in Transport/Logistics or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a transportation company, with a focus on planning and coordinating transportation operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships with clients.

Desirable Skills

  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws.
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Experience with transportation software and systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
