We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in a dynamic and fast-paced agency setting. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and contributing to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including maintaining a clean and organized workspace, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with data entry, document scanning, and filing, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks.

Requirements:
