Your Responsibilities:
As the Mixed Reality Product Manager, you will play an active role in the industrial implementation and customer success of both AR and VR technologies across Airbus Commercial, Airbus Helicopters, and Airbus Defense and Space.
Reporting to the Head of Platform, you will lead a dedicated delivery team to ensure efficient operations for users globally, including internal stakeholders and Airbus customers. This role includes regular presentations to management, KPI updates, product strategy alignment, and engagement with suppliers and partners worldwide.
Working within a multifunctional team in a large industrial IT ecosystem, you will provide ongoing feedback to ensure swift service implementation and progress toward long-term goals.
Given the global nature of this role, frequent travel will be required to collaborate with various business units across multiple regions.
Your Key Responsibilities as Mixed Reality Product Manager will include:
- Defining and managing product strategy and relevant KPIs for a comprehensive digital product portfolio.
- Identifying, reporting, and tracking key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication throughout projects.
- Generating platform synergy or growth through proactive opportunity scouting.
- Driving roadmaps for end users and platform teams, connecting to Airbus core systems.
- Prioritizing, budgeting, and allocating resources in alignment with business objectives.
- Establishing delivery planning and ensuring timely, high-quality application delivery.
- Aligning product managers across various digital domains toward a value-driven product strategy.
- Contributing to the definition and promotion of the Mixed Reality product portfolio benefits at the group level.
- Ensuring effective communication of information at the group level and monitoring the global ecosystem.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in Project Management and Product Management within the Industrial IT ecosystem.
- 5 years of experience in UNITY-related product development and deployment.
- Advanced knowledge of IT project management in industrial settings.
- Proven experience in strategic reporting and delivery within digital platforms.
- Ability to represent the team and company at international events.
- Experience in AGILE development and project roadmap delivery.
- Passion for quality documentation and project processes.
- Effective time management and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
- Positive mindset, people-focused, and collaborative problem-solving orientation.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of PLM/PDM with end-to-end 3D management and optimization.
- Experience in fleet management and automotive entertainment applications.
