Job Title: Regional Business Line Manager Parts and Service

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Business Line Manager to lead our Parts and Service Division in the South Europe and North Africa region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategy to achieve commercial performance and profitability targets in the assigned territories.
  • Collaborate with Business Managers to implement efficient and customer-oriented processes focused on achieving superior sales performances and market share.
  • Partner with Customer Centers to ensure excellent territory management and provide all products, solutions, and divisions with the best chance in the market.
  • Develop and implement product and solutions communications to secure Epiroc's position as a technology leader and preferred partner.
  • Monitor monthly financial performance and suggest corrective actions when needed.
  • Support and advise local Business Managers in creating their action plan, its implementation, and development of their activities to reach set goals.
  • Ensure continuous development of markets within the region/segments/products with efficient use of Business Partnership management.
Requirements:
  • Strong managerial skills and technical knowledge.
  • Significant knowledge of specific business products and its application.
  • Considerable experience in Sales and Marketing related roles.
  • Significant experience within the construction and mining or related industries.
  • Proven experience of customers and sales channel management and IDS.
  • Experience in providing solutions to customers.
  • 5 years' experience in comparable position.
  • Excellent command of English written and oral.
  • Knowledge of French or Italian language both written and oral is a strong asset.
  • Good computer and presentation skills.
  • Business financial knowledge.
Education:

University Degree or similar through experience. Commercial or business acumen is an advantage.

  • Self-motivated, energetic with a high level of responsibility and loyalty.
  • Team Player.
  • Willingness to travel and develop relationships.
Work Environment:

The position will be based in any Epiroc offices within SENA area (France, Italy, Morocco, Greece), frequent travels throughout the territories are inherent to the position as well as one-off trips abroad.
