Job Title: Responsable entretien F/H
GROUPE ACPPA - L'ACCUEIL is dedicated to providing exceptional care in a modern environment. Our facility, designed with the latest standards, accommodates 84 residents across two levels, including a specialized unit for 14 individuals requiring additional support.
Job Overview:
As the Responsable entretien, you will report directly to the Facility Director. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your technical expertise to uphold our commitment to maintenance excellence, ensuring safety and comfort for all residents. You may also be called upon for on-call duties outside of regular hours.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and mitigate security risks within the facility
- Oversee the upkeep of the premises, including buildings, communal areas, and outdoor spaces
- Manage and coordinate with external maintenance service providers
- Deliver support services to enhance resident and facility experience
New team members will receive comprehensive mentoring from existing staff. This role operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a CAP/BEP in relevant building trades (such as plumbing, electrical work, and painting) along with specific qualifications in low voltage electrical interventions. Experience in plumbing, wallpapering, and landscape maintenance is also essential. An electrical certification is required, and SSIAP certification is a plus.
