Specialized Educator - MAS du Coudray - 6-Month Renewable Contract (M/F)

The EPSM-Morbihan de Saint-Avé is seeking a dedicated specialized educator for the MAS du Coudray within the Medico-Social sector, on a contractual basis for a 6-month renewable period.

Overview of the Service and Structure:

This facility supports adults with disabilities resulting from stabilized mental health conditions, with or without additional somatic issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate support within each residence in accordance with each resident's Personalized Action Plan (PAP) and ensure consistency with shared references.
  • Assess needs, identify strengths, address challenges, and suggest tools or organizations for suitable resident support.
  • Encourage collaboration with caregivers (families, relatives, legal guardians) particularly concerning each resident's PAP.
  • Organize activities within each residence related to Residents' PAP, in partnership with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Work alongside the paramedical team and other professionals within the facility.
  • Engage in individual resident support and daily activities.
  • Establish and cultivate networks and partnerships to enhance residents' social inclusion.

Ongoing Responsibilities:

  • Design educational activities, analyze and manage specific situations, and coordinate support plans.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

  • State Diploma in Specialized Education, with knowledge in mental and intellectual disabilities, mental health, child psychoaffective development, and psychiatric care.
  • Desired attributes include initiative, analytical thinking, teamwork, effective communication, and strong listening skills.
