The Asset Management division at Altrad is seeking a dedicated Industrial Plant Inspector to join our team, primarily operating in the East of England. This role is crucial for conducting thorough inspections of industrial facilities to assess corrosion and degradation, ensuring we maintain a high standard of service for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Perform detailed inspections of various industrial plant components including pipework, vessels, tanks, and supporting structures.
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients to enhance business opportunities and support the growth of new projects.
- Utilize your expertise to recommend solutions and collaborate with Technical Authorities on addressing known degradation issues.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Certification as a Level 2 or 3 CSWIP Plant Inspector.
- A degree in engineering or a related field.
- Substantial experience in understanding core corrosion and degradation mechanisms.
- Proficiency in applying industry codes and inspection standards to fulfill inspection requirements and suggest remedial actions.
