Job Mission

As a key member of the Simon de Cyrène Rungis team, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support and care to individuals in their daily lives. This will involve assisting with essential tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores, while promoting their independence and autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores, while promoting their independence and autonomy.
• Accompany individuals in defining and achieving their personalized projects, focusing on their involvement and responsibility, such as creating a balanced diet plan.
• Participate actively in the life of the shared house and foster a sense of community among residents, including organizing group activities, outings, and events.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• A background in caregiving, either through volunteering or paid work, in the field of disability support and the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
