Your Mission:

Based in our Conflans Sainte Honorine agency, you will play a crucial role in designing and estimating demolition projects to respond to requests for proposals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Analysis: Meticulously review project documents from tenders or client requests. Analyze the technical validity of proposals, identify potential alternatives, assess risks, and evaluate opportunities.
  • Measurement & Planning: Check plans for accuracy by assessing terrain conditions, calculating volumes, and ensuring precise measurements.
  • Supplier Engagement: Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure the best services and competitive pricing.
  • Cost Estimation: Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and work collaboratively with management to determine the selling price for projects.
  • Tender Preparation: Craft comprehensive technical submission packages for tender responses, including technical specifications and project schedules.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain a strong commercial relationship with clients and their representatives throughout the tender process.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate effectively with support services (technical, legal, insurance, etc.) and Operations before, during, and after projects to ensure smooth execution and knowledge sharing.

Your Profile:

We seek a candidate with a construction background, ideally possessing 3 years of experience in estimating or project management within the demolition sector. Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and MS Office is essential, along with strong writing skills for technical documentation. A detail-oriented approach, excellent interpersonal skills, and developed analytical and listening abilities are highly valued.
