About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Portfolio Manager Assistant to join our team at Saverglass. As a key member of our PMO team, you will be responsible for monitoring project progress, updating our management tool, and improving communication on transformation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update project portfolio progress indicators
  • Contribute to the analysis of major project deviations, including discussions with project managers and proposal of scenarios
  • Assist in the preparation of project portfolio progress reports
  • Prepare communications on project progress
  • Update projects in our Triskell tool
  • Contribute to feasibility analysis of new projects, including availability and resource assessment
  • Monitor project planning, budgets, and quality of deliverables

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Project Management, or Management
  • Knowledge of project management tools and proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong team spirit and ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
