Babilou is seeking a dedicated and versatile Floating Nursery Assistant to support our nurseries across Châtillon.
This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse teams, contribute to engaging educational projects, and make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide temporary assistance to nursery teams at various locations, ensuring seamless operations and continuity of care.
- Deliver high-quality care and create a nurturing environment for children, fostering their development and well-being.
- Build strong relationships with families, acting as a reliable point of contact and providing support throughout their child's journey.
- Actively participate in daily activities, implementing educational projects that stimulate learning and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with nursing staff, adhering to established protocols and ensuring the safety and health of all children.
- Contribute to the development of the nursery's educational program and organize developmental workshops for both children and families.
Compensation & Benefits:
Babilou offers a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from €2660 to €2798 gross per month. In addition, we provide an attractive benefits package that includes:
