Regional Sales Manager

Fresenius Medical Care France is seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead the promotion and support of our innovative home dialysis devices and services across the regions of Bretagne, Le Mans, La Roche-sur-Yon, and Nantes.
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and delivering exceptional patient care.
Your Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy in collaboration with the Marketing department and Regional Director to achieve ambitious sales targets.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key stakeholders, and potential clients within your assigned territory.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the entire sales process, from initial consultation to product implementation and ongoing support.
- Effectively present and demonstrate our advanced home dialysis devices and therapies to healthcare professionals, highlighting their benefits and value proposition.
- Provide comprehensive training and technical support to healthcare teams, empowering them to confidently utilize our products and deliver optimal patient outcomes.
- Organize and conduct engaging product demonstrations for healthcare professionals and potential clients, showcasing the features and capabilities of our home dialysis solutions.
- Manage user training programs on medical devices, ensuring that healthcare providers are well-equipped to effectively operate and maintain our equipment.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong background in medical device sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales or Nursing preferred, coupled with a minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the medical device industry.
- Demonstrated adaptability, resilience, and a genuine passion for the healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, enabling you to effectively engage with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Fluency in English is highly advantageous.
