EXPERCONNECT, a prominent player in the industrial sector, is seeking a Manager of Pump Manufacturing Operations to lead the maintenance division focused on nuclear pump systems. This role entails the supervision of the assembly of new pump units, overseeing post-sales processes, managing production workflows, and ensuring adherence to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Enforcing EHS protocols and safety regulations in a challenging operational environment
- Guaranteeing quality in all product deliveries
- Coordinating workload schedules with project teams
- Monitoring productive hours within the workshop
- Maintaining budget compliance for projects
- Contributing to budget forecasts for installations
- Leading a team of 12 skilled employees
- Implementing LEAN methodologies to enhance workshop efficiency
- Offering insights for the optimization of overall workshop operations
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production environment
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to interpret production and engineering documentation
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, complemented by strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with rotating machinery is advantageous
- Proficiency in both French and English
- A collaborative, energetic, motivated, and detail-oriented approach
