Cultural Heritage Ambassador for the Grand Est Region

Position Overview:
The Inventory of the cultural heritage within the Grand Est region is dedicated to identifying, researching, and promoting elements of heritage that hold cultural, historical, or scientific significance. The selected volunteer will play a key role in documenting the heritage of the Alsace region as part of this initiative.
Mission Objectives:
- Assist in disseminating knowledge regarding the heritage of the Grand Est region, with a particular focus on Alsace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revise and enhance documentary files related to regional heritage, particularly in Alsace, ensuring accuracy and updating existing information (including maps and illustrations).
- Engage in the digital promotion of heritage through various online platforms.
- Participate in events commemorating the 60th anniversary of the heritage inventory initiative in the Grand Est region.
Initiative and Creativity:
The volunteer is encouraged to propose innovative ideas and contribute to the evolution of their mission's content.
Training Requirements:
Mandatory training includes first aid certification, civic and citizenship education, along with networking opportunities with fellow volunteers organized by the Grand Est region.
Support and Guidance:
The volunteer will receive mentorship to assist in fulfilling their mission and to prepare for future endeavors.
Organization Commitment:
The Grand Est region emphasizes youth initiatives and offers support through various platforms.
Location:
Position available within the Grand Est region, accessible via public transportation.
Volunteer Details:
- 1 volunteer required
- Open to individuals aged 18 and above
- Commitment of 24-30 hours per week
