Finance Transformation Leader

Ayvens, a subsidiary of the Société Générale Group, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead the Finance Transformation initiative. As the Head of Finance Strategic Transformation, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of Ayvens' Finance function, driving innovation, and ensuring the company's continued success in the automotive financial services market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive Finance Transformation strategy, aligning with Ayvens' business objectives and goals.
- Lead the integration of Finance functions, processes, and systems, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.
- Drive data governance and data management, ensuring the availability, quality, and management of granular data for Finance use cases.
- Collaborate with IT to define the vision for Finance IT architecture and systems, fostering automation and Artificial Intelligence applied to Finance.
- Assist in defining key local Finance processes, optimizing and harmonizing them across the organization.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, with high stakes, in international environments.
- Strong finance skills, including functional expertise in accounting consolidation, performance management, and ERP solutions.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to facilitate mutual understanding between Finance and IT.
- Visionary and innovative mindset, with a focus on driving business growth and improvement.
- Fluent English language skills.
