Job Description
As a Data Insights Analyst at Dailymotion, you will be at the forefront of business and data. You will work alongside Customer Success Managers and Data Analysts to create reports and studies frameworks for Dailymotion advertising clients across the globe. Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing online ad campaign performances to provide actionable insights and recommend campaign strategies
- Designing and using research tools to suggest campaign strategies, including targeting and creative development
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers and Data Analysts to create benchmarks, storytelling methods, and best practices across markets
- Conducting industry or event-focused studies to suggest data-driven business decisions and recommendations for marketing offers
- Communicating and presenting findings and recommendations in clear, concise, and compelling ways to internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in market research, consumer insights, or data analysis in a media agency or marketing firm
- Solid understanding of digital marketing and advertising, including clustering, targeting techniques, persona creation, market research, and consumer behavior analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work autonomously in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Able to foster relationships with stakeholders across different teams and geographies
- BS or MS or equivalent experience in a quantitative and/or management field
- Strong expertise in Statistics, Tableau, and SQL
