About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Project Coordinator to join our dynamic Finance team at Crédit Agricole CIB. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing financial projects within our organization, ensuring their successful execution and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate the implementation of financial projects, collaborating closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Gather and analyze financial requirements from various departments, effectively translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, promoting effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely completion.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices for project management within the Finance department.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in finance or project management, with a demonstrated interest in IT systems and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and concise interaction with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management tools.
