About the Company:

Our client, a specialized Mutual, focuses on Savings and Retirement. With a strong presence in the French market, they assist their members, particularly in inheritance issues.

About the Position:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of 1000 members in the region.
  • Promote and sell the client's products to prospects and members following a defined advisory approach.
  • Expand the client base through active and regular prospecting.
  • Schedule appointments with prospects and members efficiently as per management guidelines.
  • Achieve set commercial goals in terms of appointments, revenue, and product sales.
  • Maintain regular contact with members, provide information on their coverage and legislative updates, advise on tailored quality services.
  • Conduct member or prospect meetings, events, fairs, or exhibitions.
  • Implement and monitor commercial activities in the sector.

Requirements:

  • Successful field sales experience in the insurance sector.
  • Knowledge of retirement-related topics is advantageous.
  • Strong business development skills with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality of applications is guaranteed.
