Production Coordinator

**Job Summary**

MOULINS SOUFFLET is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our team. As a Production Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing process.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Implement, control, and pilot the production of finished products (flours) according to the delivery program determined by the administrative client service and/or the Mill Manager.
• Apply established procedures and work instructions and operate the mixing station and monitor the proper execution of productions.
• Participate in the general cleaning program of the premises and the maintenance of the silo flour equipment according to the established schedules, and ensure the surveillance of safety equipment (CCP: magnetic, bluteries).
• Perform sampling for laboratory analysis and baking according to the plans in force.
• Ensure the conformity of trucks before loading bulk cargo (control of interior cleanliness, previous loads, and cleaning certificate).
• Load bulk trucks and control the weight of the trucks after loading and plumb the tanks.
• Inform various client portals (e.g., Portail PASQUIER).
• Signal any infestation (insects, rodents, etc.) to the RQHSE or Mill Manager and respect the applicable hygiene and food safety rules in your service.
• Participate in environmental protection by participating in selective sorting and seeking to reduce energy consumption in your service.
• Control and make available and wear the EPI and PTI requested by management for certain operations.
• In the context of site security and to protect personnel, premises, and products against malicious acts, immediately alert the Site Director or RQHSE in case of unauthorized person presence on the site, suspicious packages, or detection of abnormal events.

**Requirements**

• B.E.P or equivalent level.
