About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist in Electrophysiology to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical and technical support to our customers, including physicians, laboratory personnel, and sales representatives, on the safe and effective use of our electrophysiology products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical support to assigned accounts and serve as the primary resource for clinical support in troubleshooting, basic troubleshooting, and system/logic development.
  • Deliver training to customers and Boston Scientific employees on the benefits and use of our products through presentations and demonstrations using a variety of tools. Provide information on product and technology developments.
  • Establish relationships with physicians, nurses, technicians, hospital management, and infection control. Develop and improve relationships with customers through system Farapulse demonstrations, educational programs, internal product training, procedure observation, and problem-solving.
  • Provide initial and ongoing training, as needed, to the development team and sales representatives (if applicable) on products, development process, products, and features, as well as procedures involving these products and features.
  • Meet with existing and potential customers (e.g., physicians, medical groups in hospitals) to travel and identify their clinical needs, objectives, and constraints related to patient care, and to discuss and demonstrate how our products can help them achieve their objectives.
  • Develop relationships with hospital staff (e.g., through informal conversations, meetings, participation in conferences) to establish new contacts in other hospital departments and identify key decision-makers to facilitate future sales.
  • Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other concerned parties (e.g., sales, clinical research, marketing, technical support) to develop optimal solutions.

What We're Looking For:

  • We're open to welcoming recent biomedical graduates or professionals with experience in a similar role, preferably in electrophysiology.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details.
  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher level). Additional language skills are appreciated.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to a highly dynamic market.
  • Strong team spirit, collaborative, ability to build relationships, and work internally.
  • Strong influencing capabilities.
  • Flexible and adaptable.
  • Ability to travel extensively as required by the workload.
