We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Financial Advisor - Customer Service Specialist. As a key player in customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and providing support in their projects.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Needs Identification: Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Commercial Results Contribution: Contribute to the growth of our agency's turnover by developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
- Customer Service: Be the primary point of contact for all customers visiting or contacting the agency, providing exceptional service and support.
- File Management: Ensure the compliance and finalization of customer files in a timely and efficient manner.
- Communication: Communicate with customers through various channels, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Education: Hold a BAC +2 degree or equivalent.
- Experience: Possess a first professional experience in banking, telephony, retail, or insurance.
- Skills: Demonstrate commercial skills, motivation for customer service, seriousness, and adaptability.
- Personal Qualities: Be enthusiastic, willing to work in a team towards a common goal, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
