About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mason/Masonne (H/F) to join our team at Quimper Bretagne Occidentale. As a key member of our construction and repair team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of our building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assure the fabrication and repair of masonry works
  • Perform maintenance tasks in buildings and various structures
  • Respond to urgent repair requests
  • Carry out preventive and curative maintenance of roofing
  • Install walls, partitions, and flooring
  • Repair and apply finishes to masonry
  • Clean and repair rainwater and sewage networks within building premises
  • Perform masonry cutting and drilling tasks
  • Participate in roofing missions
Integrated Safety Responsibilities
  • Take decisions related to personal safety and that of the work environment
  • Contribute to the promotion of safety culture within the organization
  • Respect the handling of hazardous substances

Requirements

  • Familiarity with roofing techniques, engine operation, and specific vehicle handling
  • Skills in asbestos intervention (Section IV)
  • Understanding of hygiene and safety rules, as well as coffrage techniques
  • Ability to apply professional rules and hygiene and safety standards
  • Capacity to detect building defects
  • Ability to work at heights
