We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Product Manager to join our team at Pernod Ricard. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for leading the strategic planning, development, and implementation of our procurement solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define product roadmaps and prioritize features to drive business value and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee product development processes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches.
- Lead various product teams and ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
- Drive product vision and strategy through product framing analysis and epic/feature definition and prioritization.
- Monitor and track product value generation and related investment.
- Coordinate product teams' work and animate PO community to secure engagement and collaboration.
- At least 10 years' professional experience in e-procurement tool implementation (Ivalua and Coupa) with a perfect knowledge of procurement process.
- Strong experience working with agile method and in product management.
- Deep strategic planning capabilities and strategic thinking & value-driven mindset.
- Experience in managing roll-out plan of IT projects/programs/products.
- Understanding of agile mindset & practices.
- Fluent English language skills.
