As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for:

• Auditing and investigating infection prevention measures, drafting reports, and implementing action plans.
• Implementing improvements to healthcare practices in accordance with regulations and expert recommendations.
• Providing guidance on developing and updating procedures, protocols, and guidelines for infection prevention.
• Supporting healthcare teams in implementing additional precautions and monitoring patient care after hospitalization.
• Assisting nursing staff, caregivers, and hospital service agents in maintaining a clean environment and adhering to infection control protocols.
• Participating in the organization, planning, and monitoring of microbiological surveillance of surfaces, air, and water.
• Contributing to the development of procurement procedures and protocols for medical equipment and supplies.
• Engaging in ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
• Reporting, treating, and monitoring infections and alerts.

Requirements

We are seeking a qualified Infection Prevention Specialist with:

• A degree in Nursing and a Diploma in Hygiene Hospitalière.
• Relevant training or a willingness to pursue it within two years.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A strong commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.

Working Conditions

This full-time position offers a 38-hour workweek with flexible hours adjusted according to service needs.
