Key Responsibilities
1. Ensure the EHS and quality standards of onsite operations and processes.
2. Provide training for subcontractors regarding EHS and installation quality.
3. Develop and enhance the EHS and quality management plans.
4. Prepare all project deliverables related to EHS and quality.
5. Create audit checklists for projects based on local standards and client requirements.
6. Oversee field quality, subcontractor qualifications, and EHS spot checks.
7. Conduct batch inspections, generate spot check reports, and initiate acceptance procedures.
8. Monitor issue resolution and ensure closure of feedback loops.
9. Perform process inspections at the project level and produce QC checklists.
10. Adapt and enforce SOPs for projects.
Required Skills
1. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and subcontractors.
2. Extensive experience in EHS and quality assurance.
3. In-depth knowledge of photovoltaic systems and direct current applications.
4. Excellent communication skills and an understanding of client needs.
5. A proactive attitude towards challenges and resilience under pressure.
6. Relevant certifications and qualifications for onsite operations.
7. Proficiency in both French and English.
Candidates should demonstrate a solid background in EHS and quality assurance within solar projects, alongside comprehensive knowledge of French regulations in the energy sector. Experience in managing subcontractors and resources is essential.
1. A thorough understanding of the complete solar energy service cycle, from engineering and procurement to construction.
2. Ability to conduct regular maintenance checks on solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
3. Familiarity with project cost breakdowns for end-to-end solar projects in the French market.
