Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of large-scale HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
Responsibilities- Financial Management: Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to timelines.
- Contract & Legal Oversight: Monitor project contracts in collaboration with legal counsel to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Technical Expertise: Guarantee the technical success of projects by applying industry best practices and adhering to safety regulations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical guidance and support on-site.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Project Execution: Utilize established company processes and tools to effectively manage projects and deliver results.
- Risk & Opportunity Management: Identify potential risks and opportunities within projects, developing strategies to optimize outcomes.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in HVAC Engineering or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex HVAC projects. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities are essential for success in this role.
