The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Integrated Management System Specialist to join our dynamic Rail Rolling Stock Equipment Department, specifically within the Rolling Stock Maintenance Unit for Lines A and B of the RER. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the ongoing modernization efforts within our organization.
Responsibilities:- Implement and enhance the Integrated Management System (IMS) to align with unit objectives, ensuring its effectiveness in driving operational excellence.
- Coordinate, animate, and promote the IMS across the unit, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and compliance.
- Provide comprehensive support to teams in seamlessly integrating the IMS into their daily activities, promoting best practices and standardized procedures.
- Collaborate closely with the Unit QPE Manager, providing valuable insights and contributing to strategic decision-making related to quality, safety, environment, and performance.
- Proactively identify and manage risks associated with quality, safety, environmental protection, and economic performance, implementing mitigation strategies to minimize potential impacts.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans to achieve production, prevention, environment, and financial objectives, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals.
- Actively participate in internal audits, continuous improvement projects, and initiatives focused on safety, environment, and quality enhancement, contributing to a culture of excellence.
- Analyze performance data, evaluate results, and implement corrective actions to drive continuous improvement across all aspects of the unit's operations.
- Possess a diploma in Quality, Safety, Environment (BAC 2/DUT) or equivalent.
- Demonstrate a strong operational profile with practical experience in implementing and managing IMS frameworks.
- Familiarity with quality management systems is highly desirable.
- Comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and environmental management standards.
- Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills, enabling effective collaboration and reporting.
- Proven ability to train others and utilize various software tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Experience with quality management methods and audit techniques, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.
