**Your Role**
- As a Java Developer, you'll work closely with our development team to design, develop, and test software solutions that meet our clients' needs.
- You'll participate in technical specifications, help specify functional upgrades, and take charge of development work to ensure code quality.
- You'll also optimize ergonomics, propose code refactoring solutions, implement tests, and participate in the release management process.
**As a Technical Lead**
- You'll assist technical teams in implementing good development practices, facilitate fixes for architectural or code problems, and ensure the software quality of the project.
- You'll also provide guidance and support to junior developers, helping them to grow and develop their skills.
**Requirements**
- You'll have a postgraduate degree and experience working in a Java environment.
- You'll be proficient in one or more of the following technologies: Java, Swing, Hibernate, GWT, Spring, Struts.
- You'll have excellent communication and teamwork skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
