Expectra Search Technologies, a leading executive search firm, is seeking a seasoned professional to fill a key role in our client's organization.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled IT Transformation Officer to join our client's team. As a key member of the CIO Group, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all major IT projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure that these projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Delivery: Ensure that all IT projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Transformation Leadership: Lead the transformation of the organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring that it is aligned with the company's global strategy.
- Project Governance: Strengthen project governance across the organization, ensuring that all IT projects are well-planned, executed, and monitored.
- Change Management: Develop and implement effective change management strategies to minimize disruption and maximize the benefits of new IT solutions.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams.
- Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the success of IT projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as project management, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in IT project management, preferably in a large international organization.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
