About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to enhance our risk management efforts within a vibrant organization. This position is crucial for ensuring a safe working environment and minimizing potential hazards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Training: Conduct regular training sessions for operators and management to promote safety awareness.
- Main Safety Contact: Serve as the primary resource for all safety-related questions and concerns.
- Preventive Measures: Develop and implement strategies to safeguard both personnel and company assets.
- Policy Implementation: Enforce corporate safety policies and guidelines across the organization.
- Incident Analysis: Investigate safety incidents, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Safety Metrics: Track and enhance safety performance indicators, including incident rates and safety discussions.
- Objective Achievement: Work towards meeting the safety goals established by the organization.
- Risk Assessment Management: Maintain and revise the Unique Risk Assessment Document (DUER) as necessary.
- Project Involvement: Participate in various safety initiatives at both the site and corporate levels.
Compensation and Work Environment:
- Competitive gross salary of 2500€.
- Contract duration of 12-13 months, inclusive of RTT.
- Standard daytime working hours.

Candidate Profile:
- Degree in QHSE (Quality, Hygiene, Safety, Environment).
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Self-motivated, organized, and proactive individual.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to adapt to varying work hours during peak periods.
- Availability for flexible scheduling during specific months.
