Role Overview:
The HR Data and Analytics Analyst is an integral member of the HRIS generalist team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a reliable business partner for HR stakeholders (HR Business Partners, Payroll & Administration Team, Compensation & Benefits, Social Affairs, etc.) and other clients.
- Act as the primary contact for external clients regarding mandatory HR declarations.
- Develop, maintain, and present monthly HR reports including metrics on headcount, movements, turnover, and absences.
- Ensure high standards of data quality.
- Align local requirements and initiatives with the global vision and strategy.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives.
Primary Duties:
- Generate, maintain, and deliver timely monthly and yearly reports covering data quality, headcount, employee movements, turnover, absences, and compensation.
- Address legal declarations required by the local administration and manage external audits.
- Provide ad hoc reports, analyses, and requests as needed.
- Identify and rectify data discrepancies.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to enhance the utilization of HR systems and self-service options.
- Educate end-users to promote autonomy in data management.
- Engage with the HR community to understand their data requirements.
- Advocate for the significance of data quality throughout the organization.
- Work collaboratively across teams to suggest process improvements and innovative solutions.
Candidate Profile:
- Solid understanding of HR functions and the critical role of data within these functions.
- Experience in data analytics.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and teamwork skills (bilingual in French and English).
- High ethical standards and integrity in managing confidential information.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Strong focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in Excel, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, and other HRIS platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in HR data analysis, preferably within a multinational environment. The candidate should demonstrate expertise in managing extensive datasets, data visualization, and reporting tools. Experience with HR data compliance is advantageous. The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects concurrently is essential. A strong customer service orientation and the ability to cultivate robust relationships with stakeholders are also crucial.
